Lazio have officially signed Helder Postiga from Valencia, but President Claudio Lotito “knows nothing” of Hernanes to Inter.
The Biancocelesti released a statement this afternoon confirming they had signed Marques Postiga Helder Manuel on loan from Valencia with an option to buy at the end of the season.
The Portuguese forward flew in from Spain this morning and underwent his medical.
The focus at Lazio is all on Hernanes, who seems to be on the verge of a move to Inter after he left training in tears today.
There is video footage of the Brazilian crying in his car, comforted by supporters, which prompted a protest at the Formello training ground.
It’s reported there are currently at least 200 angry ultras protesting against the Hernanes sale, but President Lotito continues to deny all knowledge of a transfer.
“Hernanes? I don’t know whether he has been sold or not,” Lotito told FCInternews.it.
“I know nothing, we’re talking about speculation. Goodbye.”
