The Flying Donkeys have confirmed that Guarente, who had been on loan with the Sicilian side, has signed on a short-term deal from Sevilla.
And the Verona outfit have also revealed that Obinna has joined on loan from Lokomotiv Moscow.
Catania meanwhile, have signed Rios from Uruguayan team Montevideo Wanderers.
