The veteran defender has found playing time difficult this term under Rafa Benitez, and after mounting speculation, the centre-back has left for the Neroverdi.
“Napoli will always be in my heart,” he told Radio Kiss Kiss. “It’s going to be hard to deal with that when I’m at Sassuolo.
