The Viola tactician added that he felt Francesco Guidolin’s side have the potential to be a threat to his team.

“Udinese are a good, strong, young team,” he remarked at his pre-match press conference.

“They adapt well to their opponents, they are not defensive and they will be a dangerous opponent for us.”

“We accept the criticism for the Cagliari match, even though it is exaggerated.

“We have lots of tactical possibilities,” he commented. “He needs to work with the group again, he’s still got a way to go because of tactical reasons.”
