It’s reported Inter could be without Ricky Alvarez for up to a month with a muscular injury.
The Argentine picked up a muscular problem in training this week and, according to Sky Sport Italia, it is more serious than at first thought.
The reports suggest Alvarez has a lesion to the muscle and could be out of action for three to four weeks.
His absence on Sunday evening against Sassuolo could be the perfect opportunity for Fredy Guarin to return to action.
The Colombian has been left out by Coach Walter Mazzarri since his proposed transfer to Juventus collapsed.
