Despite being absent from training this afternoon, Miroslav Klose will be fit for the Rome derby on Sunday.
Biancocelesti fans had feared that the striker would be out for the game at Stadio Olimpico this weekend after missing today’s session.
The Germany international has been suffering from flu, and it had been suggested that the goalscorer could be sidelined because of the illness.
However, Sky Sport Italia have confirmed that Friday’s absence was permitted by Coach Edy Reja well in advance of this week, and Klose will be available for the match.
