Francesco Totti could be set to miss 10 days out with a buttock injury, reports in the Italian media suggest.
Sky Sport Italia have claimed that the Giallorossi captain has been complaining of muscular discomfort in his left buttock since the loss to Napoli on Wednesday.
And it is believed that the medical staff at the club have advised the forward to sit out the next 10 days in order to recover.
That would mean Totti will be out for games with Sampdoria and Bologna.
An official statement from the Stadio Olimpico side meanwhile, has insisted that the captain will be examined again in 48 hours to determine to true extent of the injury.
