Inter will fight with Monaco and Galatasaray to sign out-of-contract Bacary Sagna, the British Press have claimed this afternoon.
The Arsenal full back’s deal at the Emirates Stadium expires in the summer, and with no renewal apparently forthcoming at the moment, the Metro newspaper suggest the Nerazzurri will try and tempt the France international to San Siro.
Walter Mazzarri’s men will face competition from the French and Turkish sides though, as well as Arsenal themselves, who will attempt to persuade the 31-year-old to stay in north London.
The daily writes that the Beneamata have already been in contact with the defender, but negotiations stalled with Sagna asking for €5m per season.
