Massimo Cellino and Gulf Finance House have been issued with another set of questions regarding their proposed takeover of Leeds United, according to the Yorkshire Evening Post.
It means that the decision over whether he will be allowed to assume control of the Championship side will now not be made before next week.
Cellino and GFH are reported to have already exchanged contracts in a £25 million deal which would see the Italian acquire a 75% percent stake in the club.
However, the Football League are believed to still want more clarification on a number of issues having received documentation from both sides involved in the sale.
