Mario Balotelli will be out for at least 10 days, while Mattia De Sciglio’s ankle injury requires more tests.
Milan released a statement after the two players went off during last night’s 1-0 Champions League defeat to Atletico Madrid.
Balotelli was clutching his shoulder after a nasty fall and tests today ruled out lesions, but it will still rule him out for 10 days if there are no complications.
De Sciglio limped off following a mistimed Emiliano Insua tackle and tests confirmed a sprain and bruising of the left ankle.
The prognosis will be made after more evaluations over the next few days.
