Parma goalkeeper Antonio Mirante says his side are not inferior to anyone in the race for a Europa League place.
The Gialloblu are one of Serie A’s surprise packages this season and will face a likely battle for fifth place with Inter, Verona, Torino and Lazio.
“They are all strong teams who are striving to finish in that position,” Mirante said today at the ‘Non fare autogol’ promotional event.
“We don’t feel inferior to them but we want to take it one game at a time because that’s the right mentality to have.
“We’re slightly disappointed with the result against Fiorentina as we played well but you could say it was a good point because they played well too.
“We’re doing well at the moment and are having a good period.
“We are showing that we have a great group here that wants to work hard and achieve something important.”
