U21: Berardi for Northern Ireland game

Domenico Berardi and Alessio Romagnoli are in the Italy Under-21 side to face Northern Ireland on March 5.

This is a qualifier for the European Under-21 Championships and will be played in Lurgan on Tuesday at 16.00 GMT.

Sassuolo star Berardi is included after an impressive 12 Serie A goals so far this season, while Roma defender Romagnoli is a new face for Coach Gigi Di Biagio.

Bans rule out Sassuolo defender Luca Antei, Catania left-back Cristiano Biraghi and Atalanta midfielder Daniele Baselli.

Italy are currently third in their group behind Belgium and Serbia.
