The reports had emerged after Bloomberg claimed a company had been given the mandate to seek out buyers for the Serie A club.
“I want to reassure fans that I have no intention of selling Milan,” Berlusconi told journalists at a book presentation this evening.
His company Fininvest had already released a statement denying there was any truth in the Bloomberg report.
A former Prime Minister, Berlusconi has been in charge of the Rossoneri since 1986.
"I don't know why certain stories come out," added CEO Adriano Galliani.
