Gervinho has spoken about his relationship with Rudi Garcia, the Roma fans and captain Francesco Totti.
The Ivorian forward has starred since joining the Giallorossi from Arsenal in the summer - a lot of which has been put down to the Coach, who he previously worked with at Lille.
“The Coach gives me advice and confidence,” he told Le Matin. “We share so much.
“He normally just tells me to go out and be effective, make the difference, help in defence and score some goals.
“I’m also delighted with how the fans have treated me. They have always been warm towards me, and seem to always think that something will happen when I have the ball.
“Rome is a city that is in love with football.
“And with Totti I have completed synergy on the field. Sometimes we don’t even need to talk to each other to understand what we’re doing.”
