Porto’s Juan Fernando Quintero warns his teammates that “the tie is still open” after a 1-0 victory over Napoli.
The former Udinese and Pescara creative midfielder played in today’s Europa League first leg win.
“Napoli are a great team, but we put in a strong performance,” the Colombian told Sky Sport Italia.
“We had several different scoring opportunities, but the tie is still open because Napoli have such a solid home record.”
Quintero was also asked about his Serie A experience, which did not live up to expectations.
“It was difficult for me to play in such a young Pescara side, but now I am in one of the best teams in Portugal.
“The ambitions of those two clubs are completely different.”
