Galliani ‘won’t give up’

Milan Vice-president Adriano Galliani says he will keep fighting despite coming under heavy pressure from Rossoneri supporters over the club’s transfer dealings.

The 69-year-old was one of the main targets of a fan protest on Sunday and was also criticised by San Siro icon Paolo Maldini today.

“I hear from the President every day,” Galliani is quoted as saying on CalcioNews24. “I have heard about some unrest recently but I am not giving up one bit.

“I have been working with Berlusconi for 35 years and until he tells me to leave I will be at his side.

“I have no intention to quit.”
