Napoli are set to be without midfielder Dries Mertens for the next seven days, according to reports in the Italian Press.
The Belgium international was taken off just 10 minutes after coming on against Fiorentina on Sunday with a sprained ankle.
And Calcio News claim that the knock will keep him sidelined for the next week, missing two crucial games for Rafa Benitez’s men.
Mertens is set to sit out Wednesday’s away game against Catania and Sunday’s home clash with leaders Juventus.
