Napoli’s Marek Hamsik has called on his side to bounce back from Sunday’s defeat to Fiorentina to secure Champions League qualification.
With nine games of the season remaining, the Partenopei lie third in Serie A, seven points clear of Vincenzo Montella’s Viola.
“Unfortunately the sending off of Ghoulam hurt us yesterday,” Hamsik wrote on his official website.
“We played a good match but we didn’t manage to grind out a result despite a high level performance.
“Now we’re looking to turn over a new leaf and react immediately.
“There are still nine games left in the league and we want to defend our chances of Champions League qualification.”
