“I’ve told the boys that the education they receive here is all geared towards getting to a high level,” Fernandes told the Udinese Channel.
“Udinese work very well from this point of view.
“The club knows how to work with young players and they always try to be close to young footballers.”

“We are calm,” he said. “But we still need to play with intensity.”
