Former Milan player Demetrio Albertini believes the Rossoneri are better than their current Serie A position suggests.
Clarence Seedorf’s side have had a torrid time of late and lie in 12th place ahead of their trip to Fiorentina tomorrow.
“There must be a way to fix what is broken because the Milan squad is better than the league table suggests,” Albertini told the Milan Channel.
“Work is everything. In 1998 we were struggling, I wasn’t feeling good, but it gets to you when you go onto the pitch and get booed.
“The fans have every right to protest.”
The 42-year-old, who now works for the FIGC, then commented on Azzurri boss Cesare Prandelli and Parma Coach Roberto Donadoni.
“Prandelli’s renewal? We will discuss it and then reveal the details.
“Donadoni? I am pleased for what he is doing as a Coach, I have fond memories of him from when he was with the national team.”
