Ciro Immobile says he sees no reason to leave Torino in the summer, as the club has been ‘the perfect place’ for his development.

After a tricky season at Genoa, the 24-year-old has enjoyed a strong 2013-14 with Il Toro, which has him currently second in the Serie A scoring charts and with the outside shot of making Cesare Prandelli’s World Cup squad.

Talk is also abound of Juventus’” data-scaytid=”5″>Juventus’ apparent intention to bring him back from his co-ownership at the end of the season, but he is not looking at such a prospect.

“Torino is the right club for me, regardless of the talks relating to my future,” Immobile has told La Stampa this week.

“With the Granata I am fine, I do not see why I should say that I will leave. I’m very grateful to those who have believed in me.

“I just needed confidence and a peaceful atmosphere to make me feel important. I found the perfect place here, with Torino.

“I remain calm – this is the fruit of what I am doing. But I am not distracted in my mind. I am the same as always, humble and focused.”
