Inter’s Yuto Nagatomo has praised the role of Coach Walter Mazzarri in his recent good form for the Nerazzurri.
The 27-year-old also revealed he stays behind to do extra work after training and that he enjoys working with another Italian, Alberto Zaccheroni, who is Coach of the Japanese national team.
“No one runs like me? It’s because I train a lot!” Nagatomo told Inter Channel. “Even after training I stay out on the pitch to go through a few things.
“Mazzarri? With him I have developed a lot. I have already scored five goals and got four assists and much of the credit goes to him.
“Zaccheroni? He hasn’t learned Japanese, but he has learned to love my country!
“Our team has grown a lot since he arrived.”
