Udinese goalkeeper Simone Scuffet is happy with the praise he has been getting after another highly impressive performance tonight.
The 17-year-old made several key saves as his side secured a 1-0 win over Serie A’s bottom side Catania and still dreams of making Italy’s World Cup squad.
“I am happier and happier with the praise I am getting,” Scuffet said to Sky Sport after the match.
“The important thing is to keep calm and keep the intensity in my performances.
“Are we safe? All the matches up until now have been decisive for guaranteeing safety.
“Now, we have the chance to try out different things in terms of the team and tactics.
“The World Cup? It’s still a dream.”
