Fatih Terim believes Francesco Totti should go to the World Cup and praised Rudi Garcia’s work with Roma.
The Coach of the Turkish national team is still keeping a close eye on Serie A football.
“I watch all the Italian games, because I do miss it,” Terim told Radio Manà Manà after his experiences at Fiorentina and Milan.
“Roma have a great team with an excellent Coach who makes the side play really good football. Garcia has done a wonderful job and the table speaks clearly. So far their campaign has been a big success.”
They Turkey manager was asked whether he would take Totti to the World Cup this summer at the age of 37.
“I think Cesare Prandelli knows what to do better than me. I really like Totti, as he is a great player and a good man, but the Italy manager has to make the decision.
“It is a difficult choice and won’t be easy for him. If I could, I’d let him play for Turkey!”
