Mehdi Benatia’s agent has claimed that he will meet with the Roma hierarchy soon to discuss his client’s future.
The defender has been a stalwart for the capital club this term, playing in all but two of their League matches this term.
As such, the 26-year-old has been consistently linked with a switch away from Stadio Olimpico, with Barcelona, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain all reportedly interested.
“The leaders at Roma are aware of the fact that other big clubs are interested in Mehdi,” Moussa Sissoko told Le 10 Sport.
“We’ll have a meeting with the club soon and we’ll see what happens from there.
“At the moment though, all I will say is that the lad feels very good in Rome.”
