Udinese sporting director Cristiano Giaretta has confirmed that he has held a brief meeting with Milan over goalkeeper Simone Scuffet.
The 17-year-old only debuted with the Zebrette in February but has impressed with his form and seen transfer speculation arrive.
Talking to TuttoMercatoWeb today, the club’s sporting director was asked of specific links with Milan, but made clear Udinese’s position on the youngster.
“There has been a brief meeting, but nothing concrete,” Giaretta has commented.
“And as for the future, I can say that he will not be on the market for next season.”
