Juan Cuadrado is reportedly a target for Manchester United, who would offer Nani to Fiorentina as part of the deal.
Colombian international Cuadrado has been one of the key figures for the Viola this season, scoring 10 goals in 41 games in all competition plus eight assists.
He is still co-owned between Fiorentina and Udinese, so the two clubs will have to work out the details of the next stage at the end of the season.
Cuadrado is wanted by numerous top clubs, most notably Juventus, Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain.
According to Spanish site Fichajes.net, Manchester United are making a strong bid for the 25-year-old talent.
David Moyes is prepared to offer Nani as part of the deal, though the Portuguese winger has also been heavily linked with Juventus.
