Milan striker Robinho insisted he “wants to be there” with Brazil at the World Cup this summer.

The forward was included in the Panini stickers for the 2014 tournament, seen as an indicator for the final choices.

“I want to be there,” Robinho told Radio ESPN. “Scolari makes his choices and I hope to be there too.

“So far I have only been included in the Panini stickers, but I hope that I don’t just stay there!”

He is now 30 years old and scored just three goals in 21 Serie A games for Milan this season.

Robinho has reason to hope, as he played for Brazil against Chile in a November friendly.
