Lazio sporting director Igli Tare says negotiations with forward Miroslav Klose over an extension to his contract are going well.
The German international, whose current deal at Stadio Olimpico this summer, has been linked with a move away from the Biancocelesti.
In recent interviews however he has not ruled out remaining at the club for another season, insisting he just wants to continue playing at a high level.
“We are at a good point for in terms of him signing a new contract,” Tare told the media. “He still has a lot to offer this Lazio team.”
