According to tuttomercatoweb, the Partenopei secured the agreement three weeks ago and contracts will be formally signed at the end of the season.
He had already been close to joining the Serie A side in January, so negotiations picked up where they had left off with the Belgian club.
Koulibaly is a 22-year-old centre-back with Senegalese origins, but is an Under-20 international for France.
It is rumoured the cost of the transfer is around €5m with a five-year contract ready to be signed.
