Edy Reja has conceded that Lazio’s next few games are ‘crucial’ if they want to make the Europa League next term.

The capital club are currently ninth in the table, but with a win tomorrow against Torino, could move up to sixth.

And the Coach has admitted that a win on Saturday is vital if they are to achieve their European goals.

“Considering what the table looks like at the moment, I think the next few games are crucial,” he told a Press conference.

“This match [against Torino] sees us battle a direct competitor for the Europa League, so we have to do well.

“Getting in to the Europa League doesn’t just depend on what we do. But we are just focusing on getting as many points as possible and see what happens.

“The fans have been amazing this season, so if they can come with the same enthusiasm, then we’ll have a good chance.”

The tactician then commented on his future at Stadio Olimpico.

“I have an agreement with the club – I’ll be here as Coach next season. I am working with [sporting director Igli] Tare about the future.”
