Giampaolo Pozzo said Francesco Guidolin will remain at Udinese next season, “as Coach or in another role.”
There have been reports over the tactician’s future, especially as he hinted he’d like to retire from the stress of coaching in Serie A.
“The future has already been planned out and he will stay here,” patron Pozzo told Udinese Channel after a 1-1 draw with Napoli.
“We have to talk at the end of the season, but he will remain as Coach or in another more important role.
“He is a resource for the club as a real expert in football and we will not let him get away.”
