Cristian Tello is seen in Spain as still open to an exit from Barcelona this summer, with a move to Italy not ruled out.
The young winger has more than once in the last 18 months renewed his contract with the Catalan outfit amid reputed interest from the Premier League and Serie A.
Yet despite seeing his buyout clause now set at €25m thanks to a deal signed last August, the 22-year-old is seen by fichajes.net as having not ruled out a possible exit this summer.
Tello has struggled for extended playing opportunities under Tata Martino and, assuming Barca are successful in appealing their transfer ban to buy and sell players for the next two windows, the suggestion is the youngster could be one to leave and that Italy is a possible destination.
Inter have previously been linked with the player, whilst so too have Liverpool and Atletico Madrid.
