Inter target Fernando Torres says he is looking only game by game into his future at Chelsea, but also acknowledges he still has a two-year contract.
The Spain international has been listed as one of Inter’s potential summer transfer targets, both in Italian media in recent weeks and by President Erick Thohir.
However, the 30-year-old, who has also been linked with a return to former club Atletico Madrid, has played down any such speculation.
“At this point I am focused on the weekend and I prefer to take things game by game, a month can be very long,” Torres has responded to El Mundo today.
“We have seven games remaining, eight God willing [sic, now five remaining, six if they reach the Champions League Final].
“But, I have a two year contract and that is the future.”
