Ciro Immobile’s agent announced the Torino striker “would like to play for a big club, just like Borussia Dortmund” after the Germans showed interest.
The hitman is current Serie A Capocannoniere with 20 goals and caught the eye of several European giants, above all Borussia Dortmund.
It has been reported several times that the Bundesliga club sent scouts to view Immobile in action this season.
“Ciro would like to play for a big club, just like Borussia Dortmund,” agent Marco Sommella told Süddeutsche Zeitung.
The 24-year-old is tipped for a spot in Italy’s World Cup squad, but his transfer status is up in the air, as he is co-owned by Juventus and Torino.
Other sides believed to be interested include Atletico Madrid.
