Pogba: 'Concentration is key'

Paul Pogba believes Juventus did everything right in the 2-1 defeat to Benfica, except for their “concentration.”

The Bianconeri lost the Europa League semi-final first leg in Lisbon to the only two shots on target from the hosts.

“We need to play the same way we did in the second half, but with more concentration,” Pogba told Sky Sport Italia.

“We conceded two goals due to errors, but played well overall. We are Juve, so we have to do even more.”

However, Pogba expects huge risks at the back in the second leg, as Juventus need to win and could leave themselves open.

“Benfica are very rapid and dangerous on the counter-attack, as we saw tonight. They get into the box very quickly.

“I had a player marking me for the whole game, but Stephan Lichtsteiner was alone, so we tried to spread the ball more.”
