The agent of Chelsea’s John Obi Mikel has denied rumours linking his client with a move to Inter.
The Nigerian has featured less regularly at Stamford Bridge this season than in previous years, prompting speculation his time at the club could be drawing to a close.
“It’s all part of the usual transfer speculation,” Olatunji John Shittu told the Nigerian Daily Times when asked about the Nerazzurri links.
“As far as I’m concerned, nothing like that will be happening.
“It is only a rumour and we heard a similar story about him going to Galatasaray last season.
“Mikel is a fighter who wants to stay and fight for his place at Chelsea.”
