Parma C.E.O. Pietro Leonardi believes his side can beat Torino on Sunday, saying the Granata are not Bayern Munich or Real Madrid.
The two sides lock horns at Stadio Olimpico in what could be a decisive match in the race for Europa League qualification.
“Luck? I think Parma have had the same amount of luck as Torino,” Leonardi said to Teleducato. “During the course of a season there are positive moments for all of the teams.
“Parma’s enthusiasm for the match should be a boost for us, we hope we can spoil the party in Turin.
“We hope that a lot of fans will come with us for the game, though we do not think the result will depend on the number of fans present.
“We shouldn’t think that the match in Torino is an impossible one. Against Bayern or Real Madrid it would need a miracle.
“Against Torino however, while we respect them, it is within reach. On Sunday the stronger team will win and I hope it can be Parma.”
