Costa Rica’s Jose Luis Pinto has released the list of 26 men included in his provisional squad for the summer’s World Cup.
The Colombian tactician, whose side face Uruguay, Italy and England in Group D of the tournament hosted next month by Brazil, has listed 11 European based players in his initial selection.

The Colombian tactician, whose side face Uruguay, Italy and England in Group D of the tournament hosted next month by Brazil, has listed 11 European based players in his initial selection.
The squad, which will cut three names before June 2’s deadline to create the final selection for the competition, are without Everton’s Bryan Oviedo, after it was recently confirmed he would not return from a broken leg suffered in January in time.
Pinto has listed four reserve players who will not train with the squad but will be placed on stand-by in case of injury to any of the original 26.
