“The situation is advanced, but not yet concluded,” agent David Wantier told Fantagazzetta.com.
“Talks are going well in the right direction. When will there be an announcement? You’d have to ask the Napoli directors that. I can only say negotiations between the two clubs are progressing.
“I think that some time next week we will see important steps forward.”
Koulibaly is a France Under-20 international who is also eligible to play for Senegal.
