Inter defender Rolando has been cut from Portugal’s World Cup squad, but Lazio man Helder Postiga made it.
Coach Paulo Bento has already confirmed the final list of 23 players going to Brazil, slicing down from the provisional squad.
Nerazzurri centre-back Rolando has not made it and Ricardi Quaresma was also among those left out.
However, Helder Postiga will go to South America despite barely featuring since he joined Lazio on loan from Valencia in January.
Portugal are in Group G along with Germany, Ghana and the USA.
