Former Lazio and Inter striker Mauro Zarate has officially signed for West Ham on a three-year deal.
The Argentine goalscorer spent four years in Italy, representing both the Biancocelesti and the Nerazzurri.
But this afternoon it has been revealed that the 27-year-old, who had been playing for Velez Sarsfield, will join the Premier League outfit.
Jack Sullivan, son of club owner David, said on Twitter: “Mauro Zarate has officially signed a three-year deal with a one-year option.
“Mauro will also wear the number 10.”
