Algeria have named four Serie A based players in their final 23 man squad for the World Cup.
The quartet of Napoli’s Faouzi Ghoulam, Parma’s Djamel Mesbah, Inter’s Saphir Taider and Udinese’s Hassan Yebda have all made Coach Vahid Halihodzic’s final cut ahead of the summer tournament in Brazil.
Halihodzic only had the one player left to omit from his training camp and the unlucky 24th man has been confirmed as Adlene Guedioura of Crystal Palace.
There were slight doubts over the fitness of midfielder Yebda, but he has made the squad that will face Belgium, Russia and South Korea this summer in Group H.
