Torino are hoping to replace Ciro Immobile with Livorno striker Paulinho, it has been reported this evening.
Il Toro sold their Capocannoneire-winning forward to Borussia Dortmund on Monday, receiving half of his €19.5m fee.
And Gazzetta dello Sport claim that they have already targeted a potential replacement – hoping to persuade the Amaranto man to come to Turin.
Paulinho’s agent has already confirmed that his client will look to leave the club following relegation to Serie B, but has indicated that a move abroad was more likely.
However, Giampiero Ventura’s men have tested that coming in with a bid. Torino are said to have tabled €7m for the Brazilian, but Livorno are only willing to listen to €9m offers.
