Luis Muriel’s agent has confirmed the player’s own assertions that Roma and Fiorentina are interested in his services.
The Udinese striker revealed earlier on Wednesday that the duo had made initial contact about a potential deal this summer.
And the Colombia international’s representative has revealed that a transfer could be possible.
“It is true that the Viola and the Giallorossi are interested in Luis,” Helmuth Wennin told TuttoMercatoWeb.
“But right now I think it’s a bit too early to talk about any transfers.”
The agent then commented on Jose Pekermann’s decision to leave the forward out of the national team’s squad for the World Cup.
“We respect the decision of the Coach, of course we do. We’ll be cheering on Colombia at home, that’s for sure.”
