Torino President Urbano Cairo has claimed that Alessio Cerci is worth as much as Mehdi Benatia.
Roma sporting director Walter Sabatini revealed last weekend that the Morocco international was only leaving Stadio Olimpico if an offer of €61m was tabled.
And the Toro chief has said today that he’ll only consider letting the Italy winger go for a similar amount.
“If Sabatini rates Benatia at €61m, then surely Cerci is worth just as much?” he told Gazzetta dello sport.
“Cerci has had two brilliant seasons. But we are not going to sell. We haven’t set a price.”
