Caner Erkin has ended speculation linking him with a move to Inter by agreeing a new contract with Fenerbahce.
The left-sided player’s contract had been due to expire at the end of this month, placing a host of clubs on red alert as they attempted to secure his signature.
One of these said clubs was Inter, who have reportedly been monitoring the 25-year-old for a lengthy period of time.
However, the Turkish champions have now confirmed on their official website that Erkin will sign a new deal at his current side and will remain in his homeland.
