Stephan El Shaarawy believes that Pippo Inzaghi will do well if he’s named as Milan’s new Coach.

The former striker is fully expected to become the new man in charge at San Siro once the Rossoneri agree a severance package with Clarence Seedorf.

And the 21-year-old has claimed that the Primavera tactician will make the step up.

“I know Seedorf is still the Coach, but if Inzaghi is named I think he can do well,” he told Goal.com.

El Shaarawy then had words for Keisuke Honda and Italy’s chances in the World Cup.

“Honda is a strong player. He hasn’t had many chances to show his talent, but whenever he’s been questioned he has always responded well.

“I think Italy’s aim is to get past the group. They have a young team and I think they can do well.”
