Milan will sacrifice Bryan Cristante in order to raise the cash for the signing of Adil Rami.
The France international was on loan at San Siro for the second half of last season and impressed despite the Rossoneri’s stuttering performances.
As such, the Diavolo are keen to tie up his signature permanently, but need a reported €7m to get him from parent club Valencia.
As such, Sky Sport Italia believe that Cristante will be allowed to leave the club and join Benfica in a deal that will cost €5m.
The 19-year-old had been seen as one of the brightest young talents at San Siro, but will depart for Portugal in the coming days.
