The England squad have this afternoon arrived at their World Cup base on the outskirts of Rio de Janeiro.
Following Roy Hodgson’s side’s goalless draw with Honduras yesterday evening, the team boarded a chartered flight from their previous Miami base and flew to Brazil overnight.
The Three Lions will be based at the Royal Tulip Hotel, south of the Rio city centre and will train on a military base near Sugar Loaf Mountain.
England open their World Cup campaign against Italy next Saturday before facing Uruguay and Costa Rica respectively in their other Group D matches.
